【丁牧群／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池的七七行館百餘坪違建，今清晨5時許遭陽明山國家公園管理處強行拆除，但劉家早有防備，昨已設置3道障礙，先在木製大門外加裝一道鐵門，門內又故意停放一部怪手擋路，屋外通道上又斜停一部白色賓士車。

但陽管處也有對策，派出破碎機撞開鐵門，再繞過劉家的怪手、賓士車，順利動工拆違建，目前仍進行中。
