法務部算帳？　檢評會委員彭文正不續聘

【方翊倩／綜合報導】檢評會前天決議將檢察總長黃世銘移送監察院彈劾及建議撤職，特偵組立即發聲明痛批檢評會「客觀公正之立場完全淪喪」，並批判檢評委員彭文正洩密。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，檢評會受理黃世銘等人評鑑案以來，彭文正負責對外發言，之前檢察官鄭深元曾對「檢評會的發言」表達不滿，傳法務部高層對彭的發言尺度也有微詞。彭文正未被列入第二屆檢評會委員遴選名單，在四位民間檢評委員中，彭文正是已確定未獲續聘連任的人。
