電子垃圾有害　全球去年製造5千萬公噸

【張渝萍／綜合報導】聖誕新年期間不少人一窩蜂換新電子產品，你有沒有想過被淘汰的舊手機、平板電腦等會造成大量「電子垃圾」，聯合國15日發佈的報告預估，到2017年全球電子垃圾量高達6540萬公噸，呼籲世人重視此問題。

報告指去年全球製造約5000萬公噸電子垃圾，相當於每人7公斤，而這些廢棄品多含有鉛、鎘等毒物。這些有毒電子垃圾大都運往非洲和亞洲進行回收處理，歐洲環境機構指每年從歐盟運出的電子垃圾約25萬至130萬公噸，造成當地環境破壞及居民的健康傷害。。

我環保署廢棄物理處副處長賴瑩瑩表示，國內公告回收的廢資訊物品共7項，包括筆記型電腦、監視器、主機板、硬碟等，可上網查詢或洽回收專線：0800-085717。廢手機回收是與廠商簽署自願性協定，由通訊業者在門市回收。
