北市未回收盤商假油　議員批衛局怠惰

大統假油案爆發近2個月，台北市議員童仲彥接獲郭姓盤商陳情，今前往盤商位於萬華區的倉庫召開記者會，指北市衛生局在假油爆發50多天後才到盤商倉庫的大統問題油品貼封條，且無後續處理的配套措施，盤商不滿倉庫中12桶被貼封條的油堆了快2個月，卻沒人通知如何處理，批衛生局怠惰。衛生局回應，將盡速派員主動向盤商回收問題油品。

 陪同出席的北市議員張茂楠說，被貼封條的油品占用私人倉庫，政府等於強佔私人倉庫當作公家倉庫使用，查封卻不回收，像「佔著茅坑不拉屎」，對盤商來說更是雙重損失，衛生局在擺爛，衛生局應積極協助盤商處理。
