【短片】轎車擦撞護欄　轉180度警消救援

【李銘宏／台北報導】1名30多歲甘姓女子今天凌晨2時許，駕車載送女性友人返家途中，行經台北橋往三重環河道路引道時，疑因不熟悉路況加上車速過快，轎車先擦撞右側護欄後，整輛車打轉180度後停在路旁，民眾見狀一度以為有人受困在車內，警消趕到現場後發現兩人並未受困也未受傷，由於現場是下坡與彎道出口，警方立刻派人在疏導交通，由拖吊車將車輛拖離。
