韓國泡菜文化　成功列入非物質文化遺產

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】聯合國教科文組織在亞塞拜然舉行的第八次會議中，正式將南韓「醃製越冬泡菜文化」列入非物質文化遺產(Intangible Cultural Heritage)名錄。

南韓對於將「泡菜文化」申請非物質文化遺產非常重視，之前還特別宣稱將在中港台申請專利，將「南韓泡菜」正名為「辛奇」，盼能做出市場區隔，強調南韓的泡菜等級與其他泡菜不同。

這是南韓第16項列入非物質文化遺產的項目，其他還有宗廟祭禮、宗廟祭禮樂和端午節等。
