吃地瓜葉過敏嘴破　怪鄰居噴農藥汙染

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1對夫妻，去年底吃了自己種的地瓜葉後，出現過敏性蕁麻診及口腔多處破皮等症狀，夫妻倆認為都是77歲的邱姓鄰居在農田噴灑「巴拉刈」農藥時污染了地瓜葉，且未事前告知，導致他們農藥中毒，檢具診斷書控告邱姓鄰居涉嫌傷害。
 
因邱男只承認在田埂上噴灑「百試達」農藥，並堅稱絕未將農藥噴灑到隔鄰所種地瓜葉，宜蘭地檢署偵結後認為，被害夫妻所出示診斷書雖證明兩人體內殘留有巴拉刈農藥成分，但提不出邱翁使用巴拉刈農藥等相關證物，不能單憑地瓜葉種植在稻田旁，即推測稻田噴灑農藥是元兇，今天將邱翁予以不起訴處分。
