【短片】施振榮：現在要建立「新新的宏碁」

【李宜儒／台北報導】對於宏碁（2353）的轉型計劃，施振榮表示，我們必須要有遠見改變，雖然我有實權讓大家做改變，不過我們還是需要一個願景，有溝通、有共識，然後所有相關利益相關人都要做承諾、做改變，並將目光放到20、30年之後來看。

施振榮說，在宏碁自己公司裡有核心小組，現在我是CEO，同時也是董事長，短時間來講，我會持續保持這些職務，不過在這段時間內最重要是要讓宏碁轉型。施振榮說，我們曾經在2000年建立「新的宏碁」，現在則是要建立「新新的宏碁」，至於是誰要帶領，就必須要找出新的團隊，這是最重要的事情。
