攝護腺癌年輕化　醫師：與飲食西化有關

【張博亭／台北報導】攝護腺癌有年輕化趨勢，台灣泌尿腫瘤醫學會理事長江博暉今表示，攝護腺癌在男性十大癌症中排第5位，近10年的發生率成長逾3倍，門診收治過最年輕患者是48歲；男性罹患攝護腺癌，會有頻尿、急尿等症狀，建議男性少吃高油脂、高熱量食物防癌。

江博暉說，傳統手術易傷及周圍神經組織，易有尿失禁等後遺症，現國內已引進「海福刀」，利用高聚焦超音波，加上電腦精確定位，就能達到破壞癌細胞的目的，且不需在直腸開洞，另外能保留性神經及控制排尿功能。
