光寶爆內線交易疑案　主管被搜索約談

【賴又嘉／台北報導】股票上市光寶科技公司爆發內線交易疑案，北檢查出，去年底到今年初，光寶李姓主管涉嫌在公司發布重大利多消息前，勾結外部人先行買股套利，今指揮調查局台北市調處兵分5路搜索，並約談6名嫌疑人到案，全案依違反《證交法》內線交易罪偵辦。

檢調上午持6張搜索票，搜索公司李姓主管辦公室及相關友人住處；辦案人員懷疑，李嫌去年在利多消息發布前，透過人頭帳戶購買股票，獲利可能逾千萬，相關涉案人預計晚間陸續移送北檢複訊。
