連惠心禁藥案　被告抗告成功仍被押

【劉志原╱台北報導】連戰長女連惠心代言的菁茵荋「威力纖Plus」含禁藥案，製造產品的云丰生技副執行長林明融遭收押，林抗告後，高等法院認為地院裁定對羈押理由有部分未說明，發回地院更裁，台北地院今仍認定，林明融有串之虞，仍裁定羈押禁見。
 
法院認為，全案目前台北地檢署仍偵辦中，並清查相關產品是否有禁藥成分，相關被告及證人仍陸續約談中，林男才是云丰實際負責人，加上相關證人也指稱，林牽線促成連惠心入股的菁茵荋與云丰合作，為避免串供，仍裁定羈押禁見。
