【莊淇鈞／新北報導】新北市1名從事木工學徒的18歲吳姓男子，去年12月在朋友介紹下，結識15歲就讀國三的小晴，由於聊得來加上興趣都相同，隨即陷入熱戀，2人交往不久後便發生多次性行為。
 
由於小晴沉溺於熱戀中，造成學校課業成績一落千丈，小晴的父母詢問後才知道她交了男友，父母師長於是勸小晴以課業為重，2人分手了近2個月。但是上禮拜小晴突然逃學離家出走，警方協尋之後才知道是跑去跟吳男同居，小晴的父母一氣之下對吳男提告，小晴在警所製作筆錄時還哭哭啼啼地跟父母說「我要我們在一起」，可是在小晴父母的堅持下，吳男還是被依妨害性自主罪嫌移送。
