【陳詩璧／綜合報導】一名中國籍在按摩店工作的廖姓女子，先前跟已婚的林姓男客交往同居生子，不料孩子出生後林姓男客換手機搬離，避不見面，廖姓女子找到林家為了贍養費跟林家起口角事後不肯走，林妻報警並且提告，新北地院15日依照清入住居罪判廖姓女子拘役20天，易科罰金2萬元。

根據今日出刊的《蘋果日報》報導，之前這名廖姓女子今年34歲，去年2月，曾發生心情不好想跳樓，還抱男嬰到警局放在桌上，哭著轉頭要離開，警方機警攬下廖姓女子，並且趕快找來社工安撫。事後才會跑到林家，要求對方負責，目前廖姓女子對林男提出小孩認祖歸宗的訴訟，林姓男子的元配則控廖姓女子妨害家庭、侵入住宅罪等，先前妨害家庭部分，廖姓女子已經被判刑10個月，並可易科罰金30萬。
