麗緻巴賽麗百貨二館 年衝3千萬

老字號亞都飯店近幾年積極推動館外餐廳。亞緻餐飲集團旗下故事茶坊、麗緻巴賽麗先後進駐北美館、Sogo百貨復興館，10月9日再於信義區ATT 4 FUN開麗緻巴賽麗二館。

有別於東區以貴婦為主要消費族群，信義區已20歲左右年輕族群、家庭為主要對象。菜單變得更適合年輕消費者。經典法式老菜阿爾薩斯豬腳、油封功夫鴨完整復刻，有甜點皇后之稱的舒芙蕾，一口氣增加至12種口味，設計出黑糖海鹽、甘邑抹茶、綜合莓果等女性喜愛的口味。另有6款美式漢堡、泰式香腸等多種創新菜色與調酒。

亞緻餐飲集團總經理徐儷萍表示，麗緻巴賽麗進駐Sogo復興館後，業績比前任餐廳成長10%以上。今年選在ATT 4 FUN開店，看好商圈能夠吸引年輕族群，年營業額可望達到3,000萬元。月底還將再開杭州菜餐廳天香樓百貨店。
