提升國會效率 劉孔中：大家來守法就好

中研院法律研究所研究員劉孔中今日下午出席國民黨舉辦「如何提升立法院議事效率」公聽會時指出，立法院有相關法律規範，不用再立新法或改制度，「只要大家來守法就好」，而非像現在過度遷就小黨，只是在和稀泥。

劉孔中建議，國會可以建立自己的警察權，也可以反監聽，徹底不被行政權干擾。劉也建議「流動式主席台」，議長在哪就是主席台，講的話就是麥克風，不要每次都上演一樣的戲，立委彼此打得鼻青臉腫。
