惠普CEO矢言2014年拼逆轉，盤中勁揚5.64%

惠普執行長惠特曼(Meg Whitman)9日為公司營運成長勾勒新願景，她告訴與會的分析師，2014年對惠普來說非常關鍵，將有可觀的成長空間可以期待。受消息利多激勵，惠普股價於美股盤中呈現大漲走勢。

惠特曼表示，營收展望將在2014會計年度(截至2013年10月底止)穩定下來，並強調會於2015會計年度加速成長。據FactSet調查，分析師預期2014會計年度惠普全年營收將年減7.4%至1,110億美元，下一年度則再衰退3%，這與惠特曼的預言大相逕庭，尤其是PC市場現況仍處在衰退之中。但儘管如此，惠特曼的樂觀還是令分析師大呼驚喜。

據MarketWatch報導，惠特曼特別點名惠普極力發展中「嶄新風格的IT 技術」，亦即結合雲端計算、行動通訊與軟體的加值服務將為公司帶來成長動能，而惠普也不畏懼英特爾、微軟等強敵的挑戰。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，截至台北時間10日01時42分止，惠普股價盤中勁揚5.64%，暫報21.92美元。
