倒車夾死4歲子　牙醫過失致死緩起訴

【蔣永佑／台北報導】北市一名43歲牙醫今年7月4日上午11時許，在北投自家停車場開Lexus SC 430敞篷跑車欲帶妻兒外出時，一邊與妻聊天，一邊將車打入倒車檔又未踩煞車，未注意4歲獨子站在車後方，倒車將兒子夾在車與牆壁間，送醫4歲兒子仍因頭部遭重壓，顱內出血不治。
 
牙醫在檢方開庭時坦承一時疏忽釀成大禍，檢察官考量他態度良好，且身為人父卻要承受喪子之痛，其妻也不願對他提告，因此要求他提供40小時的義務勞務，給予緩起訴處分。
