遭爆奶精混充　50嵐喊冤：烏龍

【王玉樹／台北報導】知名連鎖茶飲店50嵐上午遭北市議員洪健益踢爆以奶精充當鮮奶。50嵐杭州店下午回應，是北市議員和衛生局「搞烏龍」，該店所販售的「可可芭蕾」與「可可芭蕾拿鐵」是兩款不同產品，前者是可可粉加奶精，後者是可可粉加鮮奶。9月11日北市衛生局來稽查時搞錯產品，將加奶精的「可可芭蕾」誤以為是「可可芭蕾拿鐵」，本來「可可芭蕾」就是加奶精，稽查人員口頭問問也沒抽樣檢驗。

店家並出示廠商提供的可可粉進口檢驗證明，強調可可粉內也沒有加奶精，現場做給顧客的「可可芭蕾拿鐵」確實加的是林鳳營鮮奶。至於是否對議員與衛生局提告，公司會請律師研究。

消費者上班族林小姐說，以前就常常買「可可芭蕾拿鐵」，今看到新聞特別注意店家手調時確實添加鮮奶，店家要講清楚。她很重視健康養生，都是買加鮮奶的不要加奶精。
