生技達人股臨會禁採訪　基因股價連3天跌停

【財經中心／台北報導】基因國際生醫（6130）子公司生技達人（即パン達人）今天上午舉行股東臨時會，據悉將全面改選董監，惟公司全面禁止媒體至股東會現場採訪。由於基因持股パン達人逾5成，依法須在公開資訊觀測站上公布子公司董監改選結果，預計下午出爐。

此外，基因董事長徐洵平、監察人姜麗芬、大股東許雅鈞、許慶平等人均涉內線交易，日前交保並遭境管，主管機關金管會更下重手，擬針對營運欠佳之借殼公司訂定強制下市機制，在利空持續衝擊下，基因今天開盤即跳空跌停至69.1元，賣單高掛逾千張，僅成交300多張。
