【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委邱志偉今在國是論壇指出，行政院長秘書長陳威仁負責行政立法連繫工作，但今天開會前，陳威仁與委員打招呼，邱問陳是否認識他？陳竟回答，「認識阿，你是台東鄭委員嘛」，邱志偉不滿表示，「我是來自高雄市，王金平院長選區的邱志偉，台東委員也不姓鄭，姓劉」。

邱志委批評，已談過很多次話，行政團隊卻連委員來自哪個選區、名字都不知道，這樣有資格來報告嗎？坐在位子上的陳威仁表情有點尷尬。
