標題[問題] 汽車罰單繳納疑問

我老弟之前因為超速遭警察開罰,未先繳錢就直接去申訴 想當然是申訴沒過囉,只是收到申訴結果的公文是八月中, 原來罰單的繳納截止日是七月,就無法拿單子去繳. 而且在申訴時監理站小姐也說若申訴沒過,會另外再開一張新的罰單 但至今還沒收到新的罰單,原來超速的罰鍰金額因超過期限而提高了 這部份該怎麼處理呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.125.99.196
