疑盜用維娜斯商標　瑪麗蓮資產遭查封

【胡治言╱綜合報導】藝人小S代言的維娜斯塑身衣，控告名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣盜用維娜斯「推推指」商標，瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強日前遭依《商標法》起訴，維娜斯聲請假扣押獲准，昨查封瑪麗蓮存款、房產及縫紉機等設備。

《蘋果》報導，維娜斯律師賴呈瑞指出，瑪麗蓮涉盜用商標，獲利2億6千萬元，為防脫產，因此先假扣押凍住對方財產。瑪麗蓮發言人陳芳瑜則說，公司的塑身衣產品是以「瑪麗蓮」為唯一商標，並沒有侵權，反而是維娜斯因涉嫌利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶已被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴，卻不知警惕，反而利用司法手段混淆視聽，不將心思放在產品上，令人遺憾。
