針對抗告 王金平聲請公開抽籤分案

針對國民黨昨天傍晚對台北地院上周五（13日）裁准王金平的假處分案提出抗告，王的律師許英傑今天下午4點到台灣高等法院遞狀聲請，要求高院公開抽籤分案。

許英傑表示，經由律師團協議到高院遞狀，是希望高院在處理抗告案，能夠依照過去的重大案件，辦理公開抽籤的程序，並且通知雙方當事人到場，「希望整起事件能盡早落幕，至於法院的處理程序我們也盡量尊重。」

媒體詢問許：「是希望媒體能在場見證？」許回答：「我們沒有預設這樣的立場，一切都要等高院回覆。」

由於王向台北地院聲請假處分時，並未聲請公開抽籤分案，但抗告假處分案到了高院卻有聲請；許對此表示，「情況每一分每一秒都在變化，那是當時最佳的處理方式，不過現在情況受媒體矚目，才會聲請公開抽籤分案。」
