王金平暫保黨權　國民黨預計下午提抗告

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北地院上周裁准立法院長王金平聲請的假處分案，讓王金平在法院判決他國民黨黨籍是否存在前，暫時可行使國民黨黨員權利，國民黨目前仍與律師研究抗告理由，預計最快中午過後提出，台北地院收案後，會轉送高等法院，由高院合議庭審理。

若高院裁定抗告駁回，國民黨還可以抗告至最高法院，若高院裁定結果對王金平不利，王金平也可抗告，在最高法院裁定抗告結果確定前，台北地院的「執行命令」仍屬有效。
