20年內電腦取代人力　運輸行政首當其衝

【綜合報導】英國研究發現，目前45%的工作，很有可能在未來20年內由電腦接手，運輸和一般行政工作會被先行淘汰，管理和科研人員也面臨威脅。

這個研究由英國牛津大學馬丁學院（Oxford Martin School）的未來科技影響計劃進行，研究員分析702種工作被電腦取代的可行性，以及工資和所需學歷的關係後，認為當中有45%的工作被取代的機率屬高危險群，首當其衝的會是運輸和物流業、製造業，以及辦公室行政支援的工作，另外服務業、零售業和建造業也會是第一波受影響的行業。

之後電腦化浪潮則會遇上瓶頸，因為到了這階段，剩下的真人從事工作會是較難讓電腦取代的工程業等行業。研究員指出：「隨着科技快速發展，人手會轉移到不受電腦化影響的工作，即是需要創意和社會智能（social intelligence）的工作。」
