中市稽查烤肉店　王品「原燒」不合格

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台中市衛生局今天中午稽查烤肉店，在王品集團「原燒」烤肉店崇德分店時，竟發現該店不但生熟食未區隔，且規定冷藏應在7度C以下，該店竟高達10度C，冷凍應在－18度c以下，但該店卻高達－7度c。衛生局長黃美娜指出，生熟食未區隔將造成食物交互感染，溫度不足將造成細菌孳生，已要求該店一週內限期改善，否則將依照《食品衛生管理法》處6萬~1500萬罰款。


「原燒」崇德店店長吳冠郁說，因為一早進換貨，開關門導致溫度過高，將立即改善。
