毒油炒蒜頭會變黃？　醫師駁斥

全台掀起餿水油風暴，網路上盛傳將油冰2小時、炒蒜頭檢測法，專家表示欠缺學理根據。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，林口長庚腎臟科主治醫師顏宗海表示，網友說的油冰2小時出現氣泡、炒蒜頭由白變黃，就是檢測毒豬油的方法，欠缺根據，認為還是要以顏色混濁、味道難聞、黏稠度高及下鍋容易噴濺判別，是比較合理的判斷方式。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
