醃頭魔「不識自己」　疑出現多重人格

【綜合報導】震驚全國的醃頭案，嘉義地院昨開庭，涉殺害妹妹詐領保險金的陳佳富，否認曾變裝帶人頭到嘉義，庭訊時不時拉起衣服擦臉、捲褲腳，醫師認為他可能有「精神解離」，法官裁示待合議庭評議後，再決定是否另送精神鑑定。

昨天開庭時，陳佳富指控三重警方「拿槍抵住我的頭，用電擊棒電我生殖器，還踹我」。另外，庭上勘驗3月13日的監視畫面，陳否認影中人是他，法官問：「你連自己都不認識？」事後在陳佳富迴避下，醫師周士雍當庭表示，陳的情況罕見，在心臟和手腕有多道傷痕，顯示曾受虐，他曾兩度到看守所跟陳男面談，並做「解離」量表測驗，陳可能是「精神解離」來防衛、逃避不快，嚴重時會出現多重人格。

醃頭案被告陳佳富，上次開庭時曾口吐白沬昏睡，讓庭訊無法進行。
