狗沒拴好害犁田摔傷　飼主罰3萬元

基隆一名朱姓男子在工寮飼養1隻黑狗，因疏忽沒將狗兒綁好，多次接獲鄰人反應，遭黑狗追撲吠叫，但是朱男仍未在意；去年11月底上午，湯姓男子騎車從工寮後方經過，黑狗突然從工寮竄出追逐吠叫，嚇得湯男閃躲不及，失控摔車，導致頭、臉及左手挫傷與擦傷，湯男事後氣得報警，控告狗主人朱男過失傷害。

檢方複訊後起訴，法官考量朱男沒有前科，也坦承自己疏失，只是沒有與騎士和解，因此依法判處拘役30天，如易科罰金，1天折算1千元，全案仍可上訴。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
