科技業高薪搶人　大學畢業40K起跳

【施春美╱台北報導】北市就業服務處訂下月7日舉辦大型科技業就業博覽會，共41家廠商提供近3千個工作機會，職缺比去年同期增逾1倍，知名科技廠商幾乎全到齊，如友達光電、晶元光電、力晶科技等均大舉徵人，其中宏正自動科技祭出優渥薪資搶人，除學士起薪4萬元，碩士最高6萬5千元，博士更可達10萬元。  

宏正自動科技協理王安倫說，9月為科技業的轉職潮，近來服務業當道，導致科技背景者轉往餐飲業發展，出現人才荒，今年積極儲備人才，除砸大錢招募工程師，也徵求產品行銷專業人才，「學士起薪4萬元，碩士最高6萬5千元，首度徵求具高階模組運算能力的博士，月薪6萬5千至10萬元不等」。
