智障妻懂性事揭遭性侵往事　男判10年

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市姚姓男子(50多歲)2006年間分別性侵友人13歲和19歲兩名女兒，直到2009年患有中度智障的姊姊嫁人後，告訴丈夫是姚男教她男女之間的事，並帶她去車震，奪走她的第1次，且妹妹也曾向媽媽哭訴下體被姚男弄得很痛，丈夫聽聞後生氣質問姚男，姊妹也提出告訴。

由於姊妹倆指證歷歷，加上姚男測謊未過，台中高分院依加重強制性交罪判姚男10年刑期。
