看好高齡商機　和民便當宅配大賺

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】日本居酒屋市場獲利縮水，大型業者紛紛將目標轉向其他副業，意外讓副業成為獲利主力。據《日本經濟新聞》報導，和民近年力推的高齡者便當宅配服務，在強烈市場需求帶動下，相關部門本年度營業利益可望年增40%至約40億日圓（12億元台幣）。

報導中指出，業者利用居酒屋的營運方法，來整合食材等的調度。和民的便當宅配服務，原本目的就是為了減輕高齡人士的家事負擔，在日本社會高齡化的狀況下，需求相當旺盛。若不計入國內居酒屋部門的業績，便當宅配已成和民獲利貢獻最大的業務。
