【林金聖／台北報導】四海幫海山堂堂主湯士漢涉嫌經營販毒集團，因與上游的毒品大盤商發生糾紛，兩方出面談判後將糾紛歸罪於掮客，涉嫌持槍托將掮客打到頭破血流逢了幾針，還逼迫其簽下欠債本票，將停車費、瑣碎支出及酒店消費數十萬元全要其買單。

警方獲報後昨兵分多路將湯士漢等人逮捕歸案，並依違反組織犯罪防制條例、毒品危害防治條例，傷害、恐嚇取財等多項罪名移送法辦。
