苗栗油罐車追撞水泥車 一人重傷

台72線東西向快速道路苗栗縣公館鄉河排路口，今天下午2點50分發生油罐車追撞預拌混凝土車事故，油罐車車頭因撞擊變形扭曲，范姓司機被困在車內，雙腿受創嚴重，40分鐘後被救出送醫。

預拌混凝土車邱姓司機說，當時他正在路口停等紅燈，不料後方的油罐車突然撞上。

受困的范姓司機雙腿骨折、撕裂傷嚴重，但意識清楚，救援人員動用前、後兩輛重車拖拉，下午3點半將他從變形的車頭內救出送醫。
