辛苦了

分享一下我申訴經驗

首先 我打去縣警察總局 他要我向監理站 提出 我未違規證據

我打去監理站去 他請我提出證據 我說我若提出會怎樣 他說他會再問員警現場狀況

依照員警回答決定是否改變罰則 員警當然偏自己啊 很白癡回應

我再說我不爽可以提出抗議嗎 他說去法院

會請警察 跟 您同時出庭 但你要浪費出庭時間 與 訴訟費用 警察倒是賺到免費假期

結論就是 警察說了算 申訴也沒用

於是我向內政部申訴

轉發警察總局

之後沒消沒息

這讓我體會到 國家其實不只是國防布

內政布同樣不容小覷

另外可能還有法律布與司令布喔
