印尼首都雅加達南方商業區7月中才剛發生地下瓦斯管線爆炸，但在爆炸之後，由於政府沒有地下管線圖，根本無法掌握狀況。

上個月事件發生後，印尼警消連洩漏的氣體是否對民眾有害，也一問三不知，在爆炸地點附近施工的捷運與電信國營企業也推得一乾二淨，沒有人願意承認是肇禍元兇。
 
雅加達特區首長鍾萬學承認，在沒有各家公司地下管線圖之下，無法掌握狀況。雅加達雖在2012年通過地下管線管理法，但執行不力。（陳智偉／綜合外電報導）
