英媒踢爆　無糖可樂咖啡因含量較高

有國外媒體踢爆，健怡可樂與百事無糖可樂，當中含有的咖啡因比一般可樂的含量要高出許多。
 
《澳洲新聞網》引述英國《The Sunday Times》報導指出，1公升健怡可樂含有139毫克咖啡因，而正常的可口可樂中，只含有109毫克咖啡因。這代表330毫升瓶裝健怡可樂含有46毫克咖啡因。
 
另外，1公升百事無糖可樂裝有135毫克咖啡因，正常百事可樂只有122毫克咖啡因。測試也指出，不同超市販賣的可樂，咖啡因含量也會有所變動。去年歐盟規定，若1公升飲料中咖啡因含量超過150毫克，必須標示警語。而兩家可樂公司的咖啡因含量，都剛好稍低於規定。
 
營養專家擔心，愛喝可樂的幼童或青少年，容易因此攝入過量咖啡因而不自知。據我國衛福部食藥署2007年公告，包裝飲料咖啡因標示規定，含咖啡因的咖啡、茶和可樂等都在規範之列，每百毫升咖啡因含量在20毫克以上者，應詳實標示咖啡因含量，每百毫升咖啡因含量低於20毫克者，標示「20mg/100mL以下」即可，每百毫升咖啡因含量不到2毫克者，得標示「低咖啡因」。（生活中心、余浚安／綜合外電報導）
