【陳明旺／台北報導】為力阻立院今通過國民黨立委李慶華所提核四公投案，民進黨立委昨搶佔立院主席台，準備杯葛議事。國民黨立委今清晨4點15分在立院褔利社外走廊集結，40分兵分兩路向議場出發，原本僅打算搶佔一席之地，未料一進議場就爆發短暫肢體衝突。
