記者王鼎鈞／台北報導 洪仲丘案延燒，國防部長高華柱下台止血，行政院將在今（29）日下午宣布內閣人事異動，由國防部副部長楊念祖升任部長。 洪仲丘案7月3日爆發至今，真相未明，「公民一九八五聯盟」規畫在洪仲丘告別式前夕，8月3日上凱達格蘭大道舉行「萬人送仲丘」活動。 在輿論撻伐之下，高華柱7月15日向行政院長江宜樺口頭請辭，馬總統與江揆則肯定高華柱是位勇於負責的首長，不需為此事請辭。 但高華柱遭撤換消息不斷，行政院將於下午14:30宣布，由楊念祖接任，新任部長將在立法院臨時會專案報告洪案。
