標題[問題] 離職要求身分證影本

今天告知老闆只做到月底要離職 老闆馬上跟我要 身分證影本 我問他說要幹麻 "我們的員工都要留資料啊" 這句話在離職時才說 真的很奇怪 我錄取的當下 不跟我要 要離職才跟我拿 我是記得店家要保留員工打卡記錄 可是不確定需不需要 身分證影本 我在這只是兼職 一週只上2天 一天4小時 沒投勞健保 隔月直接領現 我交身分證影本 上面的加註 如他所說打 "影本僅供OO公司做員工資料用途之用" 這樣可以嗎 請有經驗的人告知了 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.159.44
