快訊 氣象局10:30發布海上颱風警報!

【王玉樹／台北報導】今年第8號颱風西馬隆已於上午正式形成，中央氣象局已於10時30分發布海上颱風警報，提醒民眾留意。目前西馬隆位置在鵝鑾鼻南南東方300多公里海面處，路徑往西北方朝巴士海峽前進。南部與東部必須慎防豪大雨，其暴風圈有可能在明日上午觸台。
