衛冕軍開鍘 熱火特赦射手Miller

衛冕軍邁阿密熱火還沒開始補強，奪冠班底倒是少了一位，17日他們決定特赦射手Mike Miller。

「我們曾經尋找交易，但經過許多內部討論，我們做了一個非常困難的決定，就是將特赦條款用在Mike Miller身上。」熱火球團總裁Pat Riley說。

「Mike對邁阿密熱火貢獻良多，幫助我們連續3年闖進總冠軍賽、完成衛冕，對我個人而言，這實在是很難以決定的一件事，當然，對於總教練、球團來說都是這樣。」Riley說。

「Mike是我們曾經擁有過最棒的球員之一，我們會想念他，以及他的妻子Jennifer、他的整個家庭，祝他們未來一切順利。」Riley說。

說了這麼多，終究還是裁了Miller，Miller近3季在熱火平均上場時間不到18分鐘，貢獻5.4分、1.2記三分球，是位稱職的替補射手。

2012年熱火奪冠「封關戰」，Miller單場三分球8投7中，狂飆23分，助隊擊垮奧克拉荷馬雷霆，開啟衛冕之路。

不過，今年Miller的工作換成「雷槍」Ray Allen負責，後者也在總冠軍賽貢獻關鍵一擊。

Miller原本的合約將走到2014-15年球季，年薪都超過600萬。
