我想請問一下，我上一份工作的薪資架構是底薪+職務津貼+伙食+交通補助+全勤...等， 名目很多，如果我做不滿一個月就離職，我想知道"勞基法"有規定我只能依到職天數 來領底薪嗎？還是其它項的名目也可以照我到職天數來算？我擔心的是老闆娘若只給 我底薪，那我就虧很大了！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.195.11
