【大紀元2013年07月04日訊】（大紀元記者蔡宜霖綜合報導）溫布頓網球公開賽（Wimbledon Open），穆雷（Andy Murray）與西班牙好手佛達斯柯（Fernando Verdasco）爭奪4強門票，雙方一共激戰5盤，一開賽原本連輸兩盤的穆雷最後絕地大反攻，驚險晉級4強。

此前雙方交手戰績穆雷雖以7勝2敗居於上風，但這次他打得格外辛苦，前兩盤以4比6、3比6吞敗，一度面臨淘汰邊緣，穆雷第3盤開局驚險保發，隨後氣勢大陣屢屢得分，以6比1、6比4連追2盤，且都能保發成功。來到決勝盤，戰情陷入膠著，雙方前10局均未能有突破，後來穆雷成功破發後再以直落四分保發，最終7比5拿下第5盤完成超級大逆轉。

這是穆雷第5度闖進溫網4強，將與大會第24種子、波蘭好手亞諾維奇（Jerzy Janowicz）對決爭奪決賽門票。由於費德勒(Roger Federer)和納達爾(Rafael Nadal)均已出局，因此穆雷很有希望成為首位在溫網奪冠的英國選手。
