入聯路跑預算灌水　體委會前副主委判刑10月

【劉昌松／台北報導】體委會前副主委李高祥，2007年8月奉命辦理入聯路跑活動，預計要花近600萬元，但因時間緊迫，來不及公開招標，李想以「全額補助」的方式，要求原本不想介入政治的中華民國路跑協會辦理。

但李又擔心無法全額補助，所以教唆路跑協會拉高、灌水活動預算達1576萬元後，再以專案方式補助600萬元。高院更審依假借職務上權利，教唆偽造文書罪，判李徒刑10月，還可上訴。
