研究：性愛有助溝通　喝酒反效果

性愛有助於伴侶溝通。美國康乃狄克州大學邀請253位年齡介於18歲至45歲的成年男女，請他們與伴侶做愛之後的2小時內，讓伴侶把做愛後的相處情形上傳到網路。結果發現，男女做愛時會產生催產素，同時會減少壓力荷爾蒙，有助於伴侶在性愛後溝通，促進雙方放下心防，向對方傾吐秘密。不過喝酒剛好相反，會傾向於把重要的事情放心裡，反而不利溝通。
 
專家解釋，催產素就像「連結荷爾蒙」，可以增加信任感，創造讓人情緒舒適的氛圍 ，促進正面的反省。而當催產素增加時，壓力荷爾蒙就會驟降，減少抑鬱感。
 
研究還發現，喝酒可能會讓一個人比較容易吐露平常不會說出來的內心話，但說出來的內容通常不是正面的，也比較沒有重要性。（韓政燕／綜合外電報導）
