鳳梨酥旺　糕餅公會：今年產值破3百億

2014台灣烘焙美食展暨第九屆台北市鳳梨酥文化節，將於7月11日至13日在世貿三館登場，屆時有鳳梨酥、牛軋糖、烘培產品等現場展示。台北市糕餅商業同業公會理事長吳官德表示，今年原物料價格上漲，有部分會員的中秋月餅價格也調漲2%至3%，近年月餅銷售量持平或呈現負成長，消費者多選擇替代品，鳳梨酥產值則逐年成長，去年有200多億元，今年盼突破300億元。
 
今天北市府觀傳局與北市糕餅商業同業公會主辦展前記者會，透早趕車北上的屏東業者推出「雪球鳳梨酥」，以餅乾結合鳳梨酥的概念，入口有餅乾的口感，內饀是保留湯汁的土鳳梨加核桃，外型則是巧克力沾糖霜的雪球造型，相當有聖誕氣息。
 
還有業者推出外型有鳳梨紋路與鳳梨頭的鳳梨酥，並已取得專利。內饀是土鳳梨添加桂圓、蔓越莓、巧克力豆而成，鳳梨頭以添加物的顏色呈現，外型頗吸睛。另有業者推出憤怒鳥造型的鳳梨酥，外型俏皮，令人莞爾。
 
主辦單位表示，2014台灣烘焙美食展暨第九屆台北市鳳梨酥文化節須購票參觀，門票100元，可折抵消費金額50元，詳洽官網：www.fonglisu.tw。(郭美瑜／台北報導)
