貪50萬獎金　貪檢誣里長賄選判1年8月

因涉及貪污案遭判刑20年，已入獄服刑的雲林地檢署前檢察官徐維嶽，罪行再添一樁，2004年間，他為詐領法務部反賄選檢舉獎金50萬元，串通胞兄的張姓女友當假證人，誣指虎尾鎮惠來里長周世龍為立委買票，還濫權發動搜索，並將周世龍等人起訴，最高法院今依濫權追訴罪，判徐1年8個月確定。

徐因貪污案遭判20年，正服刑中，因他犯案時適用修正前《刑法》，刑度已達有期徒刑最高上限20年，今天的1年8個月，不會影響再增加他的刑期。

判刑指出，徐維嶽明知周世龍沒買票，竟仍帶嘉義市警局刑警大隊偵查隊長林瑛錫、小隊長吳嘉財等10餘人，2004年12月間，至擔任前立委陳劍松虎尾競選總部主祕的周世龍家中搜索，再將周等3人移送法辦，周等3人已獲判無罪確定。（劉志原╱台北報導）
