同居男女撕破臉　工程師遭控性侵判緩刑

【綜合報導】新竹市1名曾姓竹科工程師(30歲)離婚後，2011年經網路認識1名小他11歲鄭姓女子，曾男住進鄭女租屋處同居數月後，2人吵架鬧分手，鄭女控遭曾男7個月前性侵；新竹地方法院依妨害性自主罪判曾男1年7月，緩刑2年。

《自由時報》報導，曾男因與前妻離婚無處居住，提出借住鄭女租屋處的要求，進而以同居男女身分交往；2012年2月分手，鄭女5月控之前遭性侵。法官審理發現，案發後2人仍持續同居，也無其他積極證據，曾男也深具悔意，判刑後給予緩刑。
