潑漆案 警傳涉案學生說明

大陸國台辦主任張志軍走訪高雄座車遭潑漆，警方查出其中一人為屏東教育大學林姓學生，已通知他九日前到案說明。

鼓山警分局表示，警方在事件發生的次日，即鎖定林姓學生涉嫌對張的座車潑漆，依毀損及妨害公務等罪通知對方到案說明。林曾連繫警方，稱將找律師商討後擇日出面。警方表示，已再度通知林最遲必須在九日前到案說明，若屆時不到案說明，將依法強制拘提。
